Prerequisites

Before starting this how-to, make sure you have completed the following prerequisites:

You need a Windows environment to install WebRatio Platform
You need Java to have WebRatio Platform work. Download and install JRE 11 or higher before installing WebRatio Platform.
You need to have configuration in your Antivirus which excludes the WebRatio installation directory and the directory in which you are going to place the workspace containing your projects. Skipping this step may lead to issues during the WebRatio Platform usage.

WebRatio Platform needs to be installed on your computer before you can start building apps.

Follow these steps to install WebRatio Platform:

Open the WebRatio Platform executable.
Click Next.
Select the folder where you want to install WebRatio Platform and click Next.
Select the folder containing the target JRE 11 and click Next.
Enter the start menu shortcuts folder you want to use and click Install.
Check the flag Run WebRatio and click Finish to complete the installation and launch WebRatio Platform.
