from WebRatio 5 to WebRatio 6, some updates related to the database engine (Hibernate version) have been performed.

What is the error message that you get ?
Are you able to connect to the database ? To discover this, you can right click on the database node -> Refresh. If the database settings (username, password, url,...) and the driver are corrects you will see a green icon on the database node.
Once connected to the database, the database node can be expanded and it will show the "Metadata" node. Selecting the Metadata node, in the Properties view you can see the information about the driver, so in case of problems after the connection you can know the exact version of the driver you are using.
If your problem is related to the jdbc driver version, which for example is not compatible with your dbms, I suggest you to download the latest compatible driver version for your dbms and replace the old one.
