Hi,
I wanted to start developing a simple Web Application.
First, I decided to follow one of the WebRatio tutorials: 'Add a Database to the project'. However, when I have to 'Refresh' the simple database, the following error is found:
java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver found for
at java.sql.DriverManager.getConnection(DriverManager.java:604)
at java.sql.DriverManager.getConnection(DriverManager.java:221)
at com.webratio.commons.db.metadata.MetaDataRetriever.runAnt(MetaDataRetriever.java:132)
at com.webratio.commons.db.metadata.MetaDataRetriever.main(MetaDataRetriever.java:51)
The tutorial uses the Apache Derby as DBMS.
I looked for the derby driver in the WebRatio Installation path and I found the 'derbyclient.jar'. However, in the 'drivers' folder there is not any driver. I copied the JAR file into that folder but the same error appears. Even when I close and open WebRatio.
Where is the problem?
Thank you.
