Modify generated code / inject own HTML, Javascript code into existing generted code.

Hello WebRatio community!

I was wondering if there is any way to modify existing code in order to inject basic HTML like the tittle attribute to display a small tooltip on top of labes from sub components such as fileds, selection fields and multi selection fields. Also can I inject my own javascript in order to use events such as onmuseover.
