Hi Yasin,
The simplest way is to use the automatic activation and not the manual.
The manual is thought to be used if you have for instance connection issues as firewall restriction.
Anyway, when you enter the request code it gives you the activation code that must be pasted in the proper area and then click.
If nothing happens, please write me the error the platform gives you (you can see on the upper part of the interface).
