I have just installed WebRatio BPM for Mac, and when I go to access any of th eOverview topics I get a 500 error: org.apache.commons.logging.LogConfigurationException: No suitable Log constructor [Ljava.lang.Class;@c8c892 for org.apache.commons.logging.impl.Log4JLogger (Caused by java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/log4j/Category) (Caused by org.apache.commons.logging.LogConfigurationException: No suitable Log constructor [Ljava.lang.Class;@c8c892 for org.apache.commons.logging.impl.Log4JLogger (Caused by java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/log4j/Category))
Hi,
this seems to be due to some trouble with loading of the jars in fact the commons-logging doesn't retrieve the log4j libraries. In this case I suggest you to check if there are two version of the same libraries saved in two different folders which are loaded and try to load only one of these.
this seems to be due to a wrong version of the JDK. So, can you tell me the type and the version of the JDK libraries? For example: Oracle Java 1.6.0_24
Moreover can you tell me the version of WebRatio and JDK (i.e. x32 or x64)?
I am using a MacBook Pro with MacOS 10.6.8, the Java version is the latest issued by Apple and appears to be 13.6.0. The version of WebRatio is 6.1.1 and the embedded JDK is Eclipse 3.62r362. The WebRatio app appears to be 32bit.
